Give them 100% perfect work (not possible as we are human) and still not good enough. It is similar to a feeling in which a person is repeatedly victimized IMHO. Step 1: Hire the confident and experienced, good MT.
Step 2: Break em down.
Step 3. MT eager to please, gets broken down, asks to do better.
Step 4: Ignore MT.
Step 5: Mt gets paranoid, wonders what she did wrong, wants to do better, but no more feedback.
Step 6: Continue to nit pick work indirectly, or directly whichever will break MT down more.
Step 7: Ask to work weekends, nights, or make that the only time work available.
Step 8: MT still wondering what she did wrong adjusts life around job, getting more paranoid insecure.
Step 9: Make sure MT is totally broken.
Repeat cycle. |
