I didn't know them before they changed their name, and I don't know them now, and I still survive and love MTing. There are so many variables for pay. I can tell you that my "Momma didn't raise no fool!" I would never rely on any organization like that to support me or to think they would ever care. Therefore, I guess you could put my opinion in the section marked "other." 
I am pretty sure the physicians I transcribe for directly (not through an online company) have no idea who they are either! Some know they can have transcription done for less money offshore, and they take advantage of that but their office staff pays the price. Believe me, I hear the complaints twice a week when I go to pick up my work. If I had an opinon it would be that this organization is selling out on the American MT and not at all beneficial to me or my fellow American MTs. |
