I use alt-J. I create my own macro/template and everywhere i want to jump, i put @@. then I create a macro. to create a macro, go to macros, start recording, name it and assign it to a key (alt-j). at that point it will then begin recording every step you make. I do ctrl-F to find, type @@, then enter. I then stop my macro. you can do a find for anything really as long as it is the same every time you want to jump... hope this helps!
