Thank you for your input. I am aware that outsourcing takes place. I believe that the companies charging 10 cents per line are not doing QUALITY work. Many of us are working for 8-9 cents a line, which is what we were making 10 years ago!! Some of us are making less than what we were making years ago. For everything we have to know to be good at this job I feel we deserve more! We deserve to make a living wage. Heck, I have read some of your are not even getting your pay checks! We deserve to be treated with respect. I am sorry to hear about your friend....but do you think she should just give up and take a job making 8 cents a line doing all ESLs on a crappy platform and be treated like a slave? We can't give up!
