2 things I dislike about H&P, consults, DS, etc. is the lists of meds and labs. Both can be referred to in the chart, no sense in duplicating them in the report. You get absolutely no lines with meds and the frequent lookups, and especially the labs, which almost all dictators race through like there's a fire. |
