The doctor has a choice to pay those rates or not. If he has someone that will do the same job for 2 cents less, why should he pay you more? If he won't pay what you think you deserve, then it is time to find new clients that will pay the rates you desire. Good luck though. I find more and more MTs are willing to work for less just for the opportunity to work at home and that drives down the wages for all of us. |
