This field is filled with inconsistencies. That's just a cold, hard fact. And I totally understand the need to vent from time to time. BUT - those inconsistencies and the frustrations they bring aren't going to go away. That's also a cold, hard fact. This means if you want to stay in this business, then you've got to find a way to deal with those frustrations. What good does is do to pretend otherwise?
