I also have fibromyalgia, too, so wanted to clarify that not all my aches and pains come from this work. I, too, have my seat just right - I have it at a height that my knees are a little lower than my behind and it is at the height where my arms are straight, wrists on a mat, and typing without much of a bend in my wrist at all. My monitor is lower, not straight in front of me. My head is tilted down just an inch or two. It works for me! |
