We are talking to the docs about outsourcing (they didn't know it was available). Each doc not only have their own template for each note, each have preferences such as 'bold this', or one wants to see his to sign, and another one wants his stamped. Then we have to send out copies to referring docs. Doing all this and keeping up with daily work too---gotta be more streamlined. I came from acute care production work, so this has my mind boggled! Thanks for your reply. Hopefully outsourcing will help us. THEN we can work on the template issue. |
