Just in case anyone else is having a similar problem; I just spoke with the ES technician and was told that with Runtime Error 424, this was a typical first time loading problem, and all I needed to do was to go the directory where the files were loaded, find the Word file labeled EditScript Headliners and delete it. He said I should have no further problems. I'll let you know... |
