Transitioning all the clinics to a new dictation/transcription system etc is a lot of work as I am going through it with my clinic right now. The fact that you are doing everything you are saying you are doing is definitely not just an MT's job, it is what I would expect my office manager to be doing... I'm not the best help about asking for compensation, but I definitely think you deserve a healthy bonus... that is a LOT of extra work especially on top of you MT'ing... good luck
