subject matter expert, you would be right. Her post reads as if she is running the project. If the hospital has a position of "project manager" she should read that job description and determine if it more closely fits what she is doing right now, and then if it is ask for a TEMPORARY reclassification. That is not unreasonable and would certainly be worth discussing with her boss. There is no comparison between running a large project and training a new hire. |
