I also maintained the mother ship for that digital system. I also constantly worked in Meditech creating macros, which we weren't given permission until we begged after waiting so long for that company to put in some canned text AND I NEVER GOT A RAISE. It's all part of your duties. Get over it already!
We are just trying to forewarn you that a new system usually means outsourcing. That's all!
Most likely they'll laugh at you for asking for a raise to do these "other duties as required." Look at your job description and see what it says in the fine print. |
