I would suggest that you have them lighten up your transcription requirements, however, for the period of time you are working on the transition process. If you are missing out on incentive while doing this other work, then definitely, I would request my average pay for this period of time. It would not be fair for you to in effect take a pay cut to help them out in this process. Otherwise with pay being equal, I would welcome with open arms a temporary break from transcription, know what I mean? Good luck to you. |
