I can't believe something either - that you would be so insulting as to call someone stupid for expressing their opinion. No, not one clinician could do what you do, but that knife cuts both ways. And while you hold a medical record in your hand, the clinicians hold the patient's life in theirs. You may be a medical terminology specialist, as you say, but you did not need to go to school for many years to get there like they did. yes, my skill is worth more than $10 per hour, but your attitude is not.
