Just be aware of this. Two years ago, 102 MTs were fired in a conference call when the work went to India when I worked for a certain company. Just prior to that event, we were asked to evaluate the 20 easiest doctors. Little did we know, that they were first training the Indian MTs on the easiest docs. Promptly after that, we lost those docs. We got the worst docs until they got their India operation in place. I Really do not mean to be negative, but just be aware. Some of us saw it coming and some MTs did not. |
