Hi all, I have a question for you all. I find sometimes that I have to consciously MAKE myself stay focused on a report. I find my mind goes 90 miles an hour on other things than with what I am doing. It is starting to really get to me. I can remember I used to do the very same thing when I was in high school and had assigned reading! I wondering sometimes if there isn't just something wrong with the wiring in my poor brain. I want to correct this, because this could possibly set cause me to miss something very important in a document. Anyway, if there are any of you out there that do/have experienced this, please share with me some insight as to how I can stop this. Is this something I should bring up to my family physician?
Thank you all. |
