Hi everyone.  I am relatively new to both CS and IT.  CS for about three weeks and IT for about 2 days.  I'm trying to follow the manual but I am confused.  I have linked CS to IT, but when I start typing in CS, the IT screen disappears, how do I fix this?  Sorry I know this must be so basic, but obivously I've missed a step.
