It all depends on how bad you need the job, I guess.  If it truly IS the QA and not your work, then I definitely would be looking elsewhere.  Why would you want to deal with the hassle, when there are other companies that I have heard are wonderful with newbies? Again, where did you go to school? If it was a reputable school, they have very good job placement assistance. Good luck and keep us posted! Don't give up, you just have to find your "fit" as far as companies!
