there are so many inconsistencies. I will get a report back saying do this. So on all my future reports I start doing it b/c they say that is the way to do it. Then I will get corrections back saying no..that is wrong. And they say I should do it the way I had it to begin with. It is also a verbatim acct. And I get corrections back from QA and they have gone in and changed the Dr.'s words. So I start doing that. Get back reports and they say that's wrong and add in every single word the DR. said. I go and looked up previous reports typed and approved as samples for format and also to find words I cannot quite hear. I get reports back from QA and they said that it's wrong. And I looked at an approved report and did it the same way! And every time I look at an approved report I find errors. And the whole time, I have all these red marks on my reports and the QA supervisor thinks I am the one making mistakes. I have emailed her twice about this and she does nothing. Maybe this is a blessing in disguise and I should just find another company. |
