If you are a new MT, what you are experiencing is standard procedure for all companies. Yes, you are right, it is no fun but all companies will do this until they are satisfied that your work meets the standard. Be real diligent about your work and prove to them you can do it.
MT is a difficult career. It's not for just anyone who likes to type and work at home. Many companies are trying to trim their budgets with eliminating or downsizing QA and editing. |
