You know if it is a going to ever be a good fit or if it will never be. There is a national that everyone around here loves. I was not properly trained (the trainer was baking brownies, disciplining her child, cleaning her house, waiting on company and training me). It was frustrating start to finish and after waiting for over 2 hours for someone else to get back to me and advise me on something, I threw in the towel. The recruiter wrote me a nasty email about it...why didn't you tell us you didn't feel trained? Umm 'cuz you would never answer my phone calls or my IMs? I TRIED. I didn't look back after doing only 4 reports and having NO support. |
