He bought an Olympus WS110 digital recorder that just plugs into his computer to download the dictation. You can use digital signatures, send everything back and forth using e-mail without having to have an FTP site. You can also password protect documents in Word. His digital handheld was less than $75.00 and the sound quality is awesome. I use GearPlayer software with a computer foot pedal to play his files, type them in Word. I hope this helps. |
