I couldn't agree with Kyrie more. I love the company and managers I work with, but my pay and my love for this occupation has changed drastically since having to do VR. When I was hired on it was 50/50 or 60/40 at worst and now I might not even see a job to be typed my whole shift. I recently had to email them to remove a ESL from the VR because he dictates 10 to 20 minute reports and the VR couldn't manage it. Its really sad because I like the company, but I hate doing the editing.
