I work for switched over to Editscript, it happened to be during a time when I was in the process of moving and did not have internet for a few days.  I was going to try and download Editscript onto my parent's pc until I got my internet set up.  They have dial up.  It was impossible to download.  I just gave up and waited until I got highspeed internet at my new residence.  Maybe you should try at different times of the day.  It seems like with dial up is faster at times.
