Yeah roughly 13/hour sounds right. I am an IC and my particular company does not offer benefits to even its employees. We also don't get paid time off but since I'm an IC they can't tell me no when I say I am taking time off hehe. It works out well for people who have spouses who can provide good insurance. I am, however, leaving the MT industry shortly so I am just putting up with the no paid days off thing. |
