I know there has to be a way to do this, but can't figure it out.  I have typed in EMDAT Inscribe and to move around in a template you press F1 and it will jump from bracket to bracket so you can easily fill in the information.  Is there a way to set this up in Word like that?  I tried putting the brackets, but when I press the F1 I just get the help section.  Is there a way to do this and if so, can someone please walk me through it?  Thanks for all the help.
