Maybe there is someplace else we can go? I really don't want to burst the happy bubble but there are still issues that might need to be discussed.

It is pretty simple.

[ In Reply To ..]that you may want to be negative and vent about things. There is always the "politics board." That place is pretty hostile most of the time. You could get your two cents in there and vent, as well, just throw in a few political things, too. Just a thought.
What you guys have to remember is that - for some of us

[ In Reply To ..]I think the thing that most of us are weary of is the attacks that go on. It's not that we don't understand that there needs to be a place to vent...we *all* have those days! It's that so many people are being attacked and treated in ways that, if we witnessed a person treated that way in person, would probably stand up to defend! And I think any time you stand up to bullying, as this really is what this is: Internet bullying behind the cover of Anon(imity), it's a good day.

Everyone vents; its human nature, but when you start to take your frustration and anger out on others its no longer considering venting, but insulting and bullying. I for one stop posting here a few months back for that very reason. I still read *some threads* but very seldom do I respond anymore.

no one ever said venting was not allowed. Attacking if we don't agree - is the oddball of events, and fighting over it.

Who in their right mind names a company "Happy Transcriptions?" In this day and age, all I see is "sad" MTs and, in my opinion, if "Happy Transcriptions" is still happy, they can only be messing even more with us poor "sad" MTs. All I can say is I am so "happy" I am so close to being on my way out of MT! ...

Hey everyone, I know what you are going through. I worked for MQ for a very long time . I was tired of not making a paycheck. Try Etransplus. I work for them now and they are the most wonderful people. It is straight typing, no voice recognition AT ALL!! You can make up to 9-1/2 cents a line and they are not picky about how long you work. The benefits are not as good but they do have some. Try them out. It was the best move I had ever made. ...
