Since I'm one of the few with a primary and actually still make good money, I'm gonna stick to it until it no longer benefits me or they drop me so they can send my work overseas. If they start laying US MTs off so they can use our ILPs, however, I plan on contacting every hospital I have typed for (I have them listed) and letting them know that their work is now being sent overseas, cuz I bet you many hospitals who request otherwise are going to be lied to. Even better, if I can somehow let patients know what is happening to their records, I am sure that many won't stand for it, and they have the right to request their records not be sent overseas also. We will see how this all pans out, though. |
