things don't work with the new job, but they pay more and I have a feeling things will be just fine. I also have an MQ computer so wanted to stay flex so I can keep the computer for awhile longer (though the new job is on the laptop, that's all I've got). I switched to flex right after the news of CBAY, just was the last straw. My sup called me after I'd emailed her with the info. She asked a TON of questions and wanted to make sure I wasn't leaving MQ for good (I've been working with them for 13 years now). So I think they definitely are concerned about people leaving. Has been a lot more work the past couple weeks too. GOOD.
