and updating it!! I am an old-timer at MQ as well. Am scared as hell having to do this, interviewing, etc. But, push has come to shove. Can't wait for the day I can write here I am leaving this company with a mgmt team that respects my work, whether it be in a hospital or for a small MT company that does not have a national pool!!
