I went to a parttime shift this weekend and the Impact Room called me at 1:30 in the morning to see why I wasn't working. (Indian accent, by the way.) She said I would be missed. I haven't given notice of quitting, but I think ALOT of people are. I will start the ball rolling. How many of us have left MQ or dropped to PT or PT flex in the last month. It would be very interesting to see the numbers on that one. I am from NY and have another job already. Can't wait to eventually leave.
I wonder if enough of us are leaving to make them just a little scare. When I went to work this morning, I had stuff from 06/14 and that is rare for a Monday at 2 am. I think the backlog is starting.
