According to the recent announcement by CBAY they did state that they would be sending a lot of their transcription overseas, and I think gradually a lot more will go there too. It was also stated in the announcement that a lot of independent transcription companies were folding because they did not wish to send their dictation overseas, and there reasoning was that this was a good business move to have overseas people doing the transcription and economically a sound investment.
