SAC capital people are the ones who invested in CBay Holdings who in turn purchased the interest in MQ. Not just Indian people involved ya know. There is an article somewhere that does say off-shoring will be at the discretion of MQ as it is still going to operate independently. Besides, according to all the financial jargon, it sounds as if acquisition will not be totally complete until the third quarter of 2008 when and if certain conditions are met. So, no use for anyone to be freaking out now.
