QAS are required to fill in 200 blanks in an 8 hour shift.  This is the minimum production requirement.  Filling in blanks on medical documents could not be less personal to the MT who typed them.  The blanks come in sometimes one at a time and sometimes 41 at a time.  The QAS fills in the blanks and moves on to the next report hopefully fast enough to meet production.
