I know some part-time flex and they even call them to work extra and I understand that if the national accounts are behind (not their primary) but yet they let them stay on primary account still for the extra hours as I am sure that you are staying on for 2 more hours to do your primary and then when I get on the next morning early (2 hours ahead of the account I work on even opens), there is none of my primary in their and I have to get in the C-pool. If they call you guys to work extra, or you just work extra, then it should be on the accounts that are behind, not your primary. Do you ever get in the C-pool for those extra hours you are on? I think it is unfair because the rest of us end up in the C-pool all the time. The part-time flex I know never get C-pool and if they do, they just get off. Very unfair. |
