inconsistencies. Somehow it makes me feel taken advantage of. But then they cannot do that if I dont let them. I have two friends who are PT flex like me and scheduled for 20. But their super has told them (I saw the email)that they can quit as soon as they get their 2000 lines. I agree with the post below that I need to lower my scheduled hours. I have just been trying to figure all this out first and that is just the conclusion I have come to. Still the supers ought to all be keeping the same rules. |
