Obviously different MTs are being told different things. Not sure why, but it's interesting to compare these notes. I was told first ito work those hours, regardless (and produce). Now they ask me why I work so many, and are basically wanting to give me a bit of a break (not sure why). I have been working normally close to 40 hours a week. So this week I worked less, and typed 3K lines.
It appears that not every supervisor is aware of exactly how this works. Frankly, I'm not really sure myself! |
