How about when it was Gravida III Para III and type II diabetes? Now I guess we're too dumb to know Roman numerals. I had a doctor just the other day dictate it as Diabetes, type Roman numeral II. So I typed it Diabetes type II, knowing I was running the risk of QA jumping on me. But I figured, what the hey, the doctor wanted it that way (and chances are QA wasn't going to see it)
