On our QA end, they must think we're all bamboozled. If points are being assigned, I sure don't know how, since we are supposed to use general comments only. The old reasons are still there, like misspelled English word - minor impact on patient etc., etc. But I was told it's not necessary to use them. Mgmt just wants us to get our comments through.
I'm very sensitive to these things because I had a QA Bully when I started at MQ and I will never forget what that's like. Dreadful.
About the issue of accounts from all over, never getting the same dictator twice, it stinks, and I don't know who came up with the idea or why, but that person (or committee) should be dope-slapped. |
