When I was still in the office we had at least one QA with no MT experience. As far as I know, she is still working for MQ. She told me that when hired she was told she did not need MT experience as long as she knew how to use reference materials. I assume she is not the only person in the company who fits this description though most of the QAs I know are experienced MTs. |
