I realize points are not supposed to be assessed, but I have a total PV with a number in it. I also have at least 1 report a day that is graded on accuracy. I'm sure that means something. I've also had 1 critical feedback which was probably a mistake because it's also my understanding that that shouldn't happen (QA couldn't fill in blank either).
The only point I was trying to make was that having to do multiple accounts, multiple dictators, never getting the same one twice, and most of whom are terrible dictators, QASAR really serves no purpose for me except consuming my time. Now if a certain report sticks out as some kind of medical term I couldn't find, then I definitely take notice.
I'm not in ANY way knocking QA. I can only imagine, as I said before, that their job carries more stress than ours and we are all going to make mistakes.
I was just trying to say that I'm not wasting my time going through the hoops to meticulously go through every report, nor will I challenge anything because in the long-run I lose money (again).
For the most part, QA is correct and the few times they are wrong is probably beause of the conditions we all work under right now. It's just nuts IMO. QASAR is set up for a perfect QA and that's just not a reasonable expectation.
You sound like a great QA person. I always appreciate it when QA leaves notes as the one you did. That's happened to me a couple times by the same QA person and it was very helpful and she was very supportive.
BTW, I've been around since 1975.
