i go over the corrections quickly. but i agree. i had a report where the client profile clearly said to put in @@ if it was a dictation that just ended mid stride, and QA told me i didn't need to put them.
and does the no abbreviations in diagnoses in op notes not apply? i spelled out abbreviations in the preop and postop diagnosis, and it was changed back to the abbreviations. wasn't sure if it was me or them.
its another thing i have learned not to put a lot of energy into. too many things about MQ are exasperating and its just not worth getting worked up over. i used to get so upset with qasar, but now i learn what i can, and don't sweat the rest.
