The patient had had hardware removed from a previous tibia fracture.  The doctor clearly stated that when the tourniquet was removed from the thigh that the patient's FINGERS pinked up nicely.  Well I knew he meant toes, even though I am a tier 2 and not supposed to be qualified to know this, but we're not supposed to make those so-called decisions, therefore I sent it on to QA, where you got it, they put fingers in and sent it to the client.

It's been said that we are not supposed to write long explainatory notes to QA, so I just put discrepency in, however the QA person just put in what was said.  Dammed if we do, dammed if we don't.
