it's toward MQ. You're right, you are learning something by reading your QA info...or at least you should be. Unfortunately, with the huge number of hospitals with completely different rules and the inconsistency within our own QA, it is very hard to actually learn something from it. So, yes you have the right idea, it just doesn't work so well within MQ.
