Here's an idea. Ever heard of C-SPAN? They have open-phone segments where anyone can call in and discuss anything they want. If MTs would start calling, and getting through to be on air, all of the listening audience would be made aware of what we want to get out there. We don't even have to wait for open-phone segments. Call from 7 am to 9 am continuously until we get on air. Even if the guest they have at the time is talking about something totally different. The word will get out there if we're persistent. That's an instant way to get attention to our cause. No waiting for someone to reply to our e-mails or letters to congressmen or senators. If everyday, an MT or many MTs would call and keep bringing up the same subject, it's bound to catch on. |
