An account I currently have has decided not to offshore. However, another account does offshore most of its work and that is their choice. I can only assume it has something to do with the price.
They are not in the dark. They know where their records are going and the public doesn't appear to care as so much personal information is already readily available on the internet and in databases everywhere.
Thus, notifying clients would be redundant. Even if they claim not to know, it's in the contract. They know. |
