I am fairly new to MT. After school, I worked for a big pediatric hospital for about 1-1/2 years and then moved to a company where I could work from home. I decided to pick up a PT position with Mequist, and I have never had so many problems with dictators. Can anyone shed some light on this subject for me? I am a perfectionist when it comes to my work and it bothers me to have to leave so many blanks on so many reports. |
