decide on what or who stays and what goes to India.  Do you trust the big wigs in this company???  I don't. I  have no faith in this job or this company anymore.  I've been here for 14 years and the last few years have been trying to say the least.  I don't trust them at all, I believe they will do what is best for them and sell out for the almighty dollar.  They have proved again and again they don't care much about the MTs.  The cheerleading isn't working and I believe the PS have been instructed to sugar coat everything.  Unfortunately I need this job, but if I didn't this would be my last minute at this company.
