They will keep you on durig the transition phase, but once all operations are tranferred to India, you will be kicked to the curb so that the 500 or so MTs they are hiring in INDIA will have your jobs. Do not enable them. I wish everyone could quit today. I know that's not reasonable, but it would definitely hurt them a LOT - it could cause them to lose clients before the transition is finalized and really hurt them where it counts!
